Organizer Submission – Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form and posting a market listing on The Market Finder (“Platform”), you (“Organizer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information submitted (including dates, location, application status, links, and descriptions) is accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You are solely responsible for keeping your listing up to date.

2. Listing Review & Approval

All submissions are subject to review and approval before being made public.
The Market Finder reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at its discretion, including listings that are incomplete, misleading, outdated, or violate these terms.

3. Fees & Payments

  • A non-refundable posting fee may apply per market submission.

  • Payment of the fee does not guarantee approval or publication.

  • All fees are final once submitted.

4. No Endorsement or Guarantee

The Market Finder is a directory service only.
We do not organize, host, manage, or supervise markets listed on the Platform and do not guarantee:

  • Vendor participation

  • Event success

  • Attendance, sales, or outcomes of any kind

5. Organizer Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for:

  • Operating your market in compliance with all local, provincial, and federal laws

  • Any permits, licenses, insurance, or approvals required

  • All communication, agreements, and disputes between you and vendors, attendees, or third parties

6. Third-Party Links

Listings may include links to third-party websites (applications, social media, ticketing platforms).
The Market Finder is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Market Finder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the Platform

  • Reliance on listed information

  • Market cancellations, changes, or disputes

8. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the right to submit all text, images, and content provided.
By submitting, you grant The Market Finder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote your listing on the Platform and related marketing channels.

9. Removal & Changes

You may request updates or removal of your listing.
The Market Finder may remove listings at any time without notice if they no longer meet Platform standards.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province or territory, without regard to conflict of law principles.
