4. Organizer Submissions and Separate Terms

Market organizers who submit listings to The Market Finder are subject to separate Organizer Submission Terms & Conditions.

If you are an organizer submitting a market listing:

  • Those Organizer Terms apply in addition to these Terms

  • In the event of a conflict, the Organizer Submission Terms & Conditions take.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features or submissions may require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed at the time of submission.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store or process payment card information directly.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Content and Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, The Market Finder does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including market dates, locations, application status, or organizer-provided information.

Users are encouraged to verify details directly with market organizers before relying on any listing.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or content. These links are provided for convenience only.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, services, or practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on The Market Finder, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of The Market Finder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
